Sam died suddenly, but peacefully in the arms of her family at Dunedin Hospital at 12.45pm on September 3, 2008; aged 17 years.
Precious eldest daughter of her Mummy and Daddy, Tracey and Pete, Awesome big sister and best friend of Renee. Loved grandaughter of Don and Maureen Hall and Bev and Lester Peterson. Loved niece of all her aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sam, you have fought a really tough 2 year battle, you lived your life to the full. We are proud and honoured to call you our daughter and we love you dearly Sammy Jo.
